Purchase used tires?

I depend on my truck to go when I get in it. i have bought used tires before that the belt will break in them.

no thanks. i would spend the bucks and be happy I didn't have to worry about the tires

Can you move radials from one side to the other? Seems like I remember you weren't suppose to. If true with used tired you wouldn't know which side to put them on.

I buy used tires on fleabay.
There are lots to choose from, shipping is reasonable and no sales tax as a rule.
The last set I bought was 4, 265/70/17 Firestone Transforce At's, with 75 to 80% tread left; less than $250.00 shipped to the house. $50.00 to mounted and balanced, plus on time rotations, and I will be good for 30 or 40 k miles.
