Default Point?

Found this while scouting after a morning hunt. Seems to be a "worked" piece of quartz that if not broken, would come down to a point. All four sides appear to be chipped away and worked on by a human. The edges are razor sharp.

What do you guys think?

I don't think so. Maybe one of the experts will chime in.
