Check out this holster by 2AHolster. Meant for hikers and joggers. The pistol doesn't bounce around like it does on your hip.

When hiking throughout AZ I used a Fobus paddle holster and a glock 23 without any bouncing issues. Then again I wasn’t wearing spandex bootie shorts either.

I just keep going over drawing techniques in my mind and every one of them has the muzzle moving away from the chin
