Not sure, you used to be able to access it but now you have to know someone that owns land next to it. Somehow the public is not allowed access anymore . I used to be able to fish it ,was hopping someone on here could let me fish, I have sank many of Christmas tree for crappie on that lake

That lake has a very complicated legal history.

Used to have a sort of public ramp, but it's gone now.

I have a friend who lives there and we fish it some.

I almost bought a lot on Lake Seaton in Carroll county
until i found out that even if you own lake front property you could't fish from it. You had to go to the public launch area about five miles by car to put in a boat or fish from shore. This was in the Kiva Ridge subdivision. A nice sub
division but why own lake front property if you can't even
fish from the shore. The Carroll county water athority has
a big sign in the sub division entrance warning people
that the only fishing is at the public launch area. This is a Carroll county drinking water reservoir .
