I do not think he is over 3
he will be a good one in 2 years

Hard to tell with those pics but he is a beauty for sure.

I would genuinely love to see what a year or three did to him.

here's a response I got elsewhere
{"Body says young deer. A lot of apparent mass on the antler bases but velvet can be deceiving. Nice buck, will be a great buck."}


good call on the velvet, I didn't consider that

he comes from an area that is choked with small pines, almost as thick as bamboo
he always shows up between 1300 & 1600 hrs
but that will soon change

No doubt he has great potential if he makes it another year or 2. He looks good now.
