I guessed it was shot. Turns out it was a mortal wound what ever happened. Found the pic after I found the deer. I’ll go back out to look at the bone. Looks like there isn’t much holding on.

I went back to look at the carcass (skeleton) the bone was fine . The tendon torn but not gone. I suppose it got sepsis and died or someone put a poor shot on it and it died. It sure wasn’t finished off by totes though
