I just heard that Keith Jackson has passed. He was 89 and there was no cause of death at this time. His "whoa Nelly" was a classic for the ages. I think Jackson and Curt Gowdy, who did outdoors shows, were two of my favorites.

How appropriate that perhaps the greatest broadcaster in history called his last game at the Rose bowl in 2006, arguably the best college football game ever played.
