Need some help with my avatar

First, let me say that I am computer illiterate so bare with me. I can't get my avatar any larger than what it is. Some of you have avatars 4 times the size of mine. When I scan the picture and resize it and crop it down to the required size(250x250) this is as big as I can get it. I didn't have any problem getting it to load before. :

Well, don't know why you would be having problems. If you want you could email me the picture and I could get it to the correct size for you. I had no trouble with mine.

Jody,

There is also a file size limitation on the Avatars. You may have too high of quality of a photo to reach 250x250 and still be under the file size requirement. Try saving your picture as a GIF file and upload it.

Look up a free program called Pixresizer.

It's easy, free, and you can crop any pic you have down to 250x250.
