Jim's Smokin Q in Blairsville. I think they are only open Thus-Sat. Not very big, so there is a little wait especially on Saturday. Order the half slab of ribs. Its heaven.
The Copper Door in Hayesville, only place in 100 miles to serve foie gras
The Big Cheese in Blairsville, order the stromboli
Dan's Grill in Blairsville, Latin/Cuban food that's legit
Aviator Cafe in Blairsville, subs, wraps, paninis and such
Michaelee's Italian cafe in Blairsville
Asiano in Hiawassee
None of these are more than 15 minutes from YH.

Definately try Jim's Smokin Que in Blairsville. He has the absolute best ribs I have ever ate. They will be closed for vacation until March 1st. Also another place I will recommend for seafood is Mike's Seafood in Blairsville.

There is Mary's Café(?) I think that is it. It is Mary something. Strip mall on your left as you turn towards Hayesville.
Also Brothers on your left leaving YH just past Brasstown Resort.
They have a good selection of food & great service. Price is good too.

Oh, And if you are in Blairsville get out to the Sawmill Place. Especially breakfast
Mary's Southern Grill. It's pretty decent. Bring cash, they don't accept plastic.
