'Been doing my trade(s) since getting out of Service in '96.. I am a very well qualified Construction Superintendent & Maintenance Superintendent (Single Family, Rentals & Multi-family + commercial) but have been working for 3 years now (Stuck..) as a Service/ Maint. Tech. for a Co. specializing in HUD/ Section 8 Properties; No authorized O/T, No chance for promotions, advancing positions or raises.. Ever..
Need/ Want much better work, facilities and possibilities, so as to provide far better for my family and self..
