Decided on a T-bone steak for first use of 17" Portable Blackstone. Cooked under dome on low heat. Seasoned one side with salt, black pepper, a little Old Bay and some Cafe Bustello Espresso. Put peanut oil under steak. It was very good. Wife said as good as she had ever had. I give her the best part--the filet side.
