I've gator hunted zone 3 and 7 for the past 8 years but this year my buddy has a tag for Seminole. Never been to the lake and was asking for any pointers you guys may have. I have everything we need minus experience on the lake.

Take it slow with the boat, can be a very dangerous lake if you've never been there before, lots of stumps and trees underwater

Stumps cannot be stressed enough....they are even in the channels....especially up the chattahoochee side. And they only stick up a couple of inches above the water. Just make sure you stay between the red and green markers...they're like roads on the lake down there.
