Remote start

Anyone had any experience with an after market remote start kit for your car or truck?
Any advice?
Any to avoid?

Google and Youtube are your friend. I bought the factory remote start "stuff" for my 2013 F-150 online off of amazon or somewhere. Hooked everything up myself per the videos online. Then just had to take the new key fobs to the dealer for them and the truck to be programmed. Have had zero issues with it. The cost doing it that way was better than half the cost of having it installed at the dealership and i believe cheaper than aftermarket as well.

WE did my co-workers 2011 F-150 the same way, also no issues.
