different deer?1st pic looks much taller that the 2nd and also looks to be only an 8 or 9. 2nd pic is obviously a 10.

Beautiful deer. Nothing neer a "cull" deer. I think think he's 4 1/2 years old. I would give him a pass

Just because he has a high rack, it doesn't make him a cull buck. There isn't a thing wrong with that deer. Regardless, I'd shoot him but not because I don't want his genes getting spread around.

What I'm saying , a lot people shoot a small basket 8 point thinking he will never make a decent buck. This proves them wrong. Just let them get some age and they make good bucks also.
