Anybody else plant Tritcale

I have never done side by side testing.... but it seems to do well. It seems as though it would be a good late season plot because the deer prefer the oats and wheat over this, which allows something to remain, to get eaten later????? Thoughts, experiences

I've never raised it, but heard that it had the same "preference" to deer as wheat or cereal rye, since it is a mix of those 2.

It is the grain additive of Mega Plot that I plant on some of my plots and the deer like it just fine.
