Hole in the fence

I cut a hole in an old fence a few months ago - the fence runs between the pines and an unplanted food plot.

Put up a stand there this weekend and pulled the cam card while I was there.

Pleasantly surprised.

We will plant the field the first week of October.

Best of luck to all.

Sorry - pics are sideways, I have no idea why my phone does this.

Heck yeah, I use the same technique.

Stand is about 25 yards from hole, when we plant that field I am hoping they use this route.

30 yards is about the max I am comfortable with.

The fence IS about 3' tall in certain areas so maybe to a fawn it LOOKS like a high fence!

I mowed a good trail inside and parallel to the fence, maybe they will adopt it some.

I have a few shots along the field edge too, in case one wants to walk the field edge.

Good idea Jim, hopefully it will be a productive stand. Nice buck pics, I really like that second one!

David - the difference between you and I is that you can get pics like that from every feeder.

I have to trick my deer to coming by!!!
