Kids have a few days off this week so I thought I'd do a weekend meal on a Monday. Grilled backstrap with a Ancho Espresso/Brisket rub combo from Lanes BBQ. The wife made a salad and roasted some cauliflower. Trying to eat a little healthier for a change of pace.
