Saw a chef cook crow online. Had to give it a try. Here's what I did and here's the reactions from my coworkers. Their reactions were awesome!

I've never had it but it makes me want to go shoot them now. I like tasty birds. Looked similar to dove meat when I cook it up.

It may look like dove, but reminded me more of a diver duck. Once brined and sautéed it did resemble venison. Tasted good to me. Not sure where the "had to eat crow" saying came from after these tasted this good.

I have cooked it in my crockpot with beef broth and red wine....throw in some mushrooms and serve over rice....not bad at all
