Took a couple employees to Venice on a fishing trip last weekend (fish pics in saltwater forum). Forgot pics of first night but snapped a quick pic of the crawdads and fried trout from our second day of fishing they cooked up for us right after we got in. It was awesome.
Got back Sunday and tried a redfish in a half shell recipe our captain gave us to try and man was it good. BIG hit at the house for the family when i got back.
