We made a quart of low-cal genuine blue cheese dressing with all the crumbles in it...

Sliced up a grilled chicken breast....

And scattered it on a little simple salad...

I'm a mere shadow of my former self.

Here it is:

It's nothing fancy-just a simple recipe we found on the internet.
But it's easy to make, pretty dang cheap, and Duke's mayo and fresh ingredients make it really good.
And it makes a dang quart so a batch lasts a long time.

The salad looks outstanding.

I think I may have lost 2.3 lbs just gazing at it.

Thanks for the Blue Cheese Dressing recipe. I just copied that 'un for later on. Blue Cheese dressing is my wife's favorite and I like it okay, too.

I'll surprise here with a batch over the weekend when salad time comes. Thank you !

That grilled chicken you made made me hungry right away. Looks perfect. What did you season it with ?

Is that coarse ground black pepper or regular fine grind? Looks great.

It's coarse ground, with a little rosemary, salt, and garlic powder.
We let it set in the spices and some olive oil for about an hour before it went on the grill.

Yes.
We use the coarse ground McCormick's in just about everything.
