State law says the agreement is not enforceable since commissions are prohibited from binding another, future commission made up of different members.
Wouldn't that mean that ANY decision ANY commission made (or makes) would violate state law?

The county has offered them $8,633.00 per acre.
Sounds pretty fair to me. If they decide to fight it they will get a LOT less.
