I am looking for caregivers for my Father in the middle Georgia area. He had a stroke four years ago and requires 24/7 safety and companion care. We are relocating from Atlanta to Dublin, GA and will need to hire several caregivers. In addition to safety and companionship, the caregivers are responsible for preparing meals, so cooking skills are a plus. He also needs assistance with dressing, bathing, etc, but toilets himself. Due to his brain injury, he sleeps and watches tv the majority of the day, so there is a fair amount of downtime.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can stay for 24 to 72 hours at a time. He is only 60 years old, so this has the potential to be a long-term position which is not common for caregivers. Please email me at caregivers4dad@gmail.com for additional information.
