looking for suggestions on a choke/load for turkey and a choke load combo for waterfowl for a remington 11-87 12 ga, thanks in advance

Look at the Federal ammo with flitecontrol wad in turkey loads - wad does a lot of the work of a custom choke tube.
Google some reviews on use with Remmy guns and chokes - not all 12 ga use the same bore and choke dias.

For turkeys, primos tightwad choke with Winchester Longbeards #5 or 6. That choke is about $20-$25.
