Country Ribs all smoked, then some fried, some just smoked and twice fried or flash fries.
Had to quick cook between monsoons!

Never had smoked fried country style ribs, but them sho looks good.

Looks like a bunch of work
Next time you fry something, just buy a single pork steak and chop it up in pieces and fry it then salt and pepper it. Fried pork tastes awesome.
Not much work, had the fry'er going anyway for the fries.
Mom fries ribs or neckbones in her electric skillet and then just salt and pepper them. I used to carry the leftovers for lunch to work. They are awesome cold. You can't stop eating it.
Even boiled pork is awesome and makes a killer broth!

Looks great! Those are one of the few things I've never tried frying.
