Thanks fellas. Pretty cool hunt this evening. Grandaddy told me where I should hunt so I went over there. Jumped 2 going in. Prob the 2 I saw. Anyways seen the 2 coming in and this one went to the oak tree and the little one stars on the trail. Finally got my 30 yard shot on him with the other one 15 ft from my tree. He ran about 40 yards and piled up. Me and my Grandaddy did the short track and found him. Heard him go down but couldn't tell where at. Been a long time since me and my Grandaddy tracked a deer together. He ain't no monster but this hunt and that deer mean a lot to me becaus of how everything played out and the tracking after.
