Decided to join the frenzy and cook some burgers on the blackstone. I had two pounds of ground chuck in the fridge that I needed to use up. I added worshteshire, Montreal steak seasonin, and shredded cheese and mixed it all together. I balled the burgers up and cooked them fat then pressed them out as they cooked. Toasted a bun and added mustard and mayonaisse then two patties two slices of cheese and some lettuce. Had to have ketchup on the side. It was tolerable.
