I have had good results in the very similar 7.62x39 with Hornady SSTs.

Barnes vortex, 110 or 120 grain.
Remington and Hornady have similar rounds out now as well, but I have quite a bit of good experience with the Barnes rounds.

Barnes Vor-Tx is a great round. I’ve killed both deer and pigs with them. My rifle really likes the Remington Hog Hammers-suppressed or not-they are loaded with a 130 grain Barnes TSX.
