Fun way to introduce birds.
I let my pigeons out of the pigeon house and then feed them behind my kennels. I then let puppies out to see and run up pigeons. Puppies usually figure out that they can't caught them and then start holding point.
By the time, when I put up one puppy the pigeons have landed back on the ground to give another puppy a chance to point them. Pigeons get trained also they will let puppies get really close before they fly.
This puppy is 5 months old.
