Per the tier since he can't post here any longer:

This a version of Chocklett's Game Changer fly which is a fairly new pattern. It has three articulated joints. The thread's title had nothing to do with suggesting this fly was "changing the game" in reference to fly patterns, but more of a play on fly's name.

Oh, yeah it works too.
