Friday night I did some chili with some cornbread.
Saturday I smoked a small pork butt. Made some bake beans, coleslaw and tater salad as sides.
Today I made a little chicken-sausage jambalaya as a post storm clean up dinner. Or at least the beginning of the clean-up..... This was pretty and all, but 6" would have been fine versus the 1 ft we got and all the nonsense that comes with it....... tired and didn't get any pics of the finished jambalaya
