Iowa lease

Bout to pull the trigger on a lease in Davis county for next year. Me and a bud will be pulling our fourth point this year and will be bowhuning. Thinking of splitting the lease if there’s any interest to gun hunters after bow season. If anyone is interested please let me know. Property is @ 350 acres, crp, timber, and row crops.

Waiting on the right bow set up also.

Problem with Iowa is keeping the land locked up.

Need 8 hunters that form a pact to hunt 2 people every 4th year, IMHO (which is gonna be very hard to pull off).

Got 3 points and looking for the right place. Got info on a small outfitter with great property but for 4 K I could lease a good tract if a couple of us get in one together

I got 5 points and no one to go with. My buddy stopped buying points at 2. Just waiting on the right time and place. Looking to bowhunt.

Same here, A buddy and I have 3 points and waiting for the right place. we lost pretty much all our "free" land to hunt there.
