I was just looking at that. Cool, but dang, after adding pedal system and motor drive, it's more than $5 grand.

It's probably rare to buy both units though. Most guys talk about one or the other. The helix motor is pretty tempting to me.

I have the tripper 12 which is the Kilroy without the fishing additions. I absolutely love it. I've owned canoes and several other kayaks and wouldn't go back to any of them.

Should have got the tripper
...and saved money. I don't really use the Kilroy specific features and I am not shaped to stand in anything less than an 8ft beam (think Pontoon boat).
