My First Flu Flu

Clipper

Senior Member
I made my first flu flu arrow this afternoon. This is one wrap of a full length Truflight feather. I shot it in the dark just now and it doesn't drop much at 15 yards. I think one feather will be enough for the grandson who shoots a 35 # Sage. I may need to add another one for the other grandson and myself as we both shoot 45#. I still have 8 to go for each of us to have 3 arrows. Looking forward to the pheasant hunt.

PS this is an old Browning fiberglass arrow that I used 40 years ago!

I don't know much (nothing) about arrows.

Looks like some really good craftsmanship!
