What is a token and why is it expired??

Whats going on? I'm navigating around this site and I'm able to acess all forums except Sports Talk when I click on it a message comes up:

Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired

What does that mean and how do you fix it?

token is an authentication that allows your computer to communicate with the server. vbulletin which powers this site and many others often causes problems when updated. I'm not sure when this one was last updated, but it says were on 3.7.4 try logging out and going into the forum your having problems with. Also try clearing your user data and log back in this should create a new security token.

I was trying to upload some pictures and got the token notice. Wouldn't let me upload pictures from my computer.

Loaded pictures to website, and inserted with IMG command no problem.

When that happens, log off, clear all cookies, log back on and try agan.
