Getting Notifications!

I am not getting notifications. I would like to get them..
>When some posts on a thread i started
>When someone post on a thread I posted on

*I don't want to recieve E-Mail notifications all the time
*JUST DAILY!*
I also want it to show me where it says welcome>USERNAME< at the top right of the page.

Admin, any help, OR instructions?

Click on your username. Then click on Edit profile.
Then click on settings & options.
Then click on Edit options
Then click on Default Thread Subscription Mode.
Click on Daily.

As for the welcome thing..........not sure why you don't have that anyway.
