Camping/fishing on the Ga coast

My kids want to do a camping/fishing trip this summer on the Ga coast. I don't have a boat so I'm assuming the fishing would be limited to beach and pier access. What are some good camping areas with good fishing access that you would recommend?

Jekyll Island...camping is close to the pier and beach fishing can be amazing.

Camping

We camped at Myrtle Beach state park, I know that's S.C. but no farther than most of these places, pay 5 bucks to fish there pier, that covers your license too.. my wife caught 7 8 different species a night, had a ball, she hooked about a 7ft shark also, there is also plenty to take the wife to do during the day
