About this time last year, I had a meeting in Vidalia and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Next door to the Hampton in is what I would say is a produce packaging and shipping operation. I received zero sleep that night, all I heard was beeping from forklifts and tractor and trailers pulling in and out. You could smell the onions in the air!

But love me some Vidalia onions!
