Got permission to fish a "cow-pond" about 3 miles from the swamp pond today. I was Bassin' while inhaling 'eau de Cow Patty' 
Air temp in the low 60's, lot's of sun, and a light wind was blowing.
Threw a new cr/bait, a spinnerbait, a swimbait, a new lizard-T-rigged, and a wacky-rigged Senko. The Senko was the only bait that got bit. All three were caught on my 7', Medium Light Helium rod. The 5 lber was fun on that Light Helium.
There's no structure in this 12 acre pond with a depth from 2' to 22'. The only cover was the shoreline and that's where I caught all three Bass.
