Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; coaching & counseling. Working directly with the HR Department and recommending action.
Requires excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills.
Min. 8 – 10 years welding experience of TIG/MIG for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
2 – 3 years of experience as a welding supervisor
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and welding symbols
Ability to fit and assemble welding sub-components per engineering drawings
Ability to design and build welding fixtures
Strong knowledge of visual inspection acceptance/rejection criteria
Knowledge of NDT (Non-destructive Test) concepts and techniques
Basic algebraic math skills
