Fished the AMI DH 53 bridge side Sunday. Water was more stained than I had hoped for but made the drive and was determined to give it a go. Waded over to kind of a tough spot but usually fishes pretty good so I just took my time and made it over there. Started out with a #10 orange and black girdle bug with a #16 tungsten price nymph dropped off of it. Started getting bit right away with the girdle bug. After about 5 fish all on it I decided to try a double girdle bug rig. Used it the rest of the morning. Caught 18-20 I suppose from 830-1130. Had a good time, nothing big but did catch a couple that might have been 16" Hope to get over there one more time before DH goes out.
