St. Patty’s weekend fishing

A couple hours Friday away from all the city buzz and hubbub. Went back Sunday with the wife and kids. Wife caught her first fish ever and we wound up with a couple more to add to the cooler. Tried a new method of cooking them. Grilled fillets with the scales on!

cooking them half shell is great. any fish for that matter. they dont dry out. you can also season them like you have above and add slice of tomato and onion.
