I used Blue Rock Outfitters in MT. They have Mule Deer and Whitetails, mostly Mule Deer.
It was a great time and I killed a nice Mule Deer. Their FB page has lots of pics and I recommend them. Below is their website. PM with any questions.

I used Elk Springs Outfitters for a bear hunt in ID, they were AMAZING! There are mule deer out there and they do fall hunts for them.

You might want to look at outfitters in southern Alberta. Lots of nice mule deer in that area.

Royal Mountain outfitters in Colorado. A guy in camp with me killed a boone and crockett mule deer when I was there. It isn't cheap, but its an awesome place.

Colorado BLM land. Skip the outfitter fees. I elk hunted west of Denver several years back. There was a 130+" muley behind every little bush. Saw several that were a lot bigger.
