Possible opening for 2-3 hunters to join lease in Talbot County (QDM county). Lease is 327 acres in Talbot near Big Lazer Creek WMA, Flint River, and Upson County line.
Land has several streams, hardwoods and planted pines, interior trails for atv riding, and includes primitive camping area (with no electricity or running water).
Looking for long-term leasers for deer and/or turkey. Fee would depend on amount of hunters but looking for 5 or 6 total to split the $3000 fee requirement.
