Rum creek quota hunt

Ok guys I've never been on a quota hunt for dove just deer, I know some fields they won't let you on the field untill 10 is that true for this hunt? Do they have the field flagged and draw numbers for spots or just a mad dash to get a spot? I live about a hour 10 mins away so I cant go and watch the field to see if any bird so I will be going with no knowledge of this place

Its hunting, folks who were selected some atleast will have scouted. Last Quota dove I was on 10am you can legally enter field. Most likely will be A mad dash to claim your desired spot. If you can't scout best chance is to show up get a spot an go from there. My local WMA has fields that produce better then others so luck of the draw if you choose the correct one.
