Bacon stuffed burgers

Before you pattie the burgers out, place 1 to 2 pieces of bacon on each burger to be and pattie the meat around the bacon. The bacon won't get crisp but the flavor is great.

If using deer, it keeps it from drying out so bad.

These were some from my bowbuck last year. That bacon really keeps them from getting overly done on the outside.
