Glad you all got the increase you were hoping for. Now all the problems should be solved.

I love all the" run out and get your license now before the increase takes affect" statements.

And by the way, DNR has a page set up to donate funds to non game activities, which I would imagine would include cleaning waterways as has been mentioned. So really no reason to raise fees. Ya'll get them checkbooks out and start writing checks. But it aint no bidness of mine since i'm too busy in another state pounding sand.

And Browning, seriously, I hope the fee helps where help is needed, and not wasted. And I'm hardly a troll on this site. I've been here LONG before you were. I'm sorry you didn't feel like engaging in conversation about the issue of not paying more in fees. State lines mean nothing. We all have issues similar in all states.

And to those so excited about it being called a fee and not a tax.........................call it what you want, it's money out of your pocket, going to the govt, to do what they want to with it.

I'm not misinformed as a former long term State employee; I know for a fact how they treat our money!

It's true, there are no taxes only fees.

You only have to pay license fees if you want to hunt or fish.

You only have to pay income fees if you want to have income.

You only have to pay property fees if you want to own property.

You only have to pay sales fees if you want to buy anything.

The list goes on but it should make you feel better knowing that all this time you thought you were paying taxes, you were really just paying fees on things you could have chosen not participate in.

Yes there is. You can still buy an "annual license".

Your input is not needed. You said yourself, you don't hunt here and it would not affect you. I think your Avatar says it all..

Good God you have a thick skull. And I really don't give a crap about your opinion. You don't like my input, ignore it. Heck, ignore me for all I care. Please.
