I harvested a 205lb. 12 pt last year (south GA) November during the full moon, and rain. He came out of some woods and cut through a food plot about 150 yards away from me at about 0710. He was heading for lower ground- I don't know his ultimate destination. When I got to the stand (was running late) about 0700 there were 2 does in the field and I waited until they walked into the woods before climbing the stand. His neck was swollen but tarsals were not stained dark yet. Point being- I took my biggest buck to date during the full moon (and rain).
