Anyone fished Eufaula lately? Going this weekend for the 1st time this year and hoped someone has fished it recently and could give some lure advise. I assume it's the normal pattern for this time of year just looking for lure, color, etc.

Fish there several days a week. The water is low and the bass are on the ledges. Try the ledges from Little Barbour all the way down to Barbour creek. Got a bunch when pulling water in the afternoons on deep diving crackbaits(shad colors) and carolina rigged Zoom 8 inch dead ringers. Big Worms work well in watermelon red, junebug, or a purple\black combo. It's all about finding them where they are stacked up.

Saturday AM we fished the mouth of Barbour creek and out on the ledges just north of Barbour... only (3) 1 lbers, the water wasn't moving at all. The small bass (6") were everywhere schooling so we threw some crank baits and rattletraps hoping the bigger bass were attracted but no luck. Sat. afternoon we put in on the southside of the dam in the river and fished up to the dam. I only caught 1 but it was 5 lbs 9 oz. on a grey ghost rattletrap.
Sunday am we fished the grass edges in Barbour and caught (9) 1 and 2 lbers on frogs and black and blue jigs.

The bream are bedding everywhere, you got bit by the bream every 3 or 4 cast if you used a plastic worm.
