Orgho tree and shrub for flea control

I have read a couple of things on here people are using ortho tree and shrub for flea control. I cannot find it anywhere in a store. Before I order it on line I want to make sure I buy the right one. Can someone tell me what product to buy because I noticed there are several different tree and shrub.

Also has anyone used this product on a cat ? How mush should I put on my animals?

And it is Bayer tree, and shrub that I have heard of not Ortho, but I don't know the active ingredient in either one.
