It probobly just depends on the warden in that case. It dosent say scent is illegal but if coastie is the one checking you, your in trouble. Is doe pee illegal too Coastie?

Then no bears are killed legally. Everyone has a scent and black bears have been known to kill man for food.

I killed my first one with a bow today also, and it come in smelling were i had put out some tinks 69 buck urine!
